Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, and unforeseen events.
Shipping charges
Available delivery options and charges are displayed before you complete your order. Free-shipping thresholds or promotional delivery offers apply only when stated at checkout.
Delivery address and receipt
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. A recipient may be asked to confirm receipt. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered carrier processing.
Delays and tracking
Where tracking is available, we will share it after dispatch. If your delivery is materially delayed, contact hello@weqti.com and we will work with the carrier to assist.
